Meet the third persona in the Challenge – Filipe, a 35-year-old teacher.

He has a basic understanding of renewable energy and is interested in learning more. He wants to educate his students how their actions effect energy consumption.

Personas are a tool for promoting person-centred issues during the design of services. This tool is used in the energy and sustainability domain given the varying practices, expectations and behavioural differences between people.
