Welcome the last persona in the Challenge – Sofia, a 10-year-old pupil.

She has only basic knowledge about renewable energy but wants to have positive impact on the planet. The pictures of new equipment at school raise her interest. 

Personas are a tool for promoting person-centred issues during the design of services. This tool is used in the energy and sustainability domain given the varying practices, expectations and behavioural differences between people.
